Definition
The indicator shows the share of area under organic farming in the total utilised agricultural area (UAA):
organic area (ha)/total agricultural area (ha)
The area under organic farming is defined as total fully converted and under conversion to organic farming, and refers to the UAA excluding kitchen gardens.
The total area refers to the Utilised agricultural area, main area.
